PROGAF

PROGAF –Absolute filtration with a needlefelt filter bag that filters betterthan a filter cartridge

PROGAF bags offer an alternative where absolute filtration is required.

With depth filtration, high efficiency (99,98%), long service life and easy bag replacement, PROGAF also reduces operating costs.

The 100% welded construction prevents leakage through stitch holes in the material.

The flexible Sentinel seal adapts to each filter vessel and improves sealing as pressure increases.

ACCUGAF

ACCUGAF versatile needlefelt filtration – 99% accuracy – for food, drinks, paints, acids, oils and other chemicals.

ACCUGAF provides cost-saving solutions with 99% efficiency. High efficiency is achieved through 100% welded seams, a Sentinel sealing ring and PE or PO melt-blown media without binders or surface treatment.

Materials meet FDA and EC requirements for food contact, in accordance with US Code 21 CFR Part 177 and EC directive 2002/72/EC.

LOFCLEAR

LOFCLEAR bags for absolute filtration and long service life

LOFCLEAR bags enable absolute filtration in many applications where price previously limited users to standard bags.

They contain no silicone oils in accordance with food requirements, are made of 100% polypropylene and offer good oil absorption, making them suitable for oil removal in the paint and coating industry.

Series 100The bags are available in series 100 and series 500. Series 100 has a high-efficiency multilayer construction.

The 500 series has a patented pleated construction for increased surface area, providing high dirt-holding capacity and long service life.

DURAGAF

DURAGAF extended-life filter bags, theuniversal needlefelt bag for many applications

DURAGAF extended-life bags are designed to save you money.

The needlefelt bag media maintain consistent performance with a service life 2-5 times longer than standard needlefelt. Costs can be significantly reduced through lower consumption, fewer changes, less storage, less waste and fewer labour hours.

DURAGAF is available in POXL polypropylene and PEXL polyester. Compared with standard needlefelt, the mix includes smaller and larger diameter fibres for increased dirt-holding capacity at the same efficiency and differential pressure. Production runs longer with fewer bag changes.

The 100% welded construction and Sentinel collar eliminate bypass through seams and the seal. The patented strong welded seam withstands most demanding applications.

CLEAR

CLEARGAF is specifically designed for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

Because of their purity, polymers are the most widely used materials for disposable filters.

Many materials contain substances that can migrate from plastics and contaminate food. CLEARGAF bags are suitable for food applications and comply with FDA and EC guidelines.

CLEARGAF bags are produced under special conditions to prevent contamination and are packed in plastic immediately after production.

No other manufacturer goes as far to guarantee filter bag quality.

BANDSEAL

Bandsealbags are used for simple, nearly pressureless, non-critical open filtration (without a housing) and offer many economical options.

Bags are available with a cord instead of a ring, allowing them to be tied directly to a feed pipe without a special adapter.

SENTINEL

SENTINEL bags with welded constructionare the industrial standard for a bypass-free filter construction.

Available in polypropylene and polyester, featuring

• Sentinel pressure-responsive sealing ring

Applications requiring PE or PO needlefelt bags can now use an entirely welded construction with a SENTINEL ring.

The bags have extra-strong welded bottom and side seams instead of stitched seams, preventing bypass.
