Silvermist filters offer a simple, efficient solution for removing oil or coolant mist and other aerosols from air.
Mist arises during machining, spraying moulds or vacuum pump operation. It can threaten health and must remain within legal limits.
Extraction takes place directly at the source to prevent operator inhalation and maximise health protection.

Easy installation
Silvermist aerosol filters mount directly on the machine or on a nearby stand. Keeping cleaned air in the production area rather than exhausting it outdoors reduces energy and ventilation costs.
How filtration works
The centrifugal aerosol filter has a rotating drum with blades that create suction, extracting mist at its source.
Fine droplets strike the blades, form larger drops and are thrown against the outer wall. Separated oil mist is discharged through the mist return.
