ECOCART single-cartridge housings

Ecocart EKF “E” series cartridge filters are designed for double open end (DOE) cartridges.

Made of stainless steel 304, they consist of a filter head and housing connected by a central rod with a cap nut, sealed with flat ring gaskets.

The housing has a bottom drain. An optional bracket is available for wall mounting.

ECOCART multi-cartridge housings

Ecocart EKF cartridge housings have a lightweight stainless steel 304 construction for standard DOE cartridges.

Ecocart housings accommodate all standard double open end (DOE) cartridges with a maximum external diameter of71 mm.

The housings have a V-clamp closure sealed with an NBR O-ring. FPM is available as an option.

The filters are produced as self-supporting versions in the 500 series, or with supports in the 1200 series and above. The covers have ¼ “BSP ports for a gauge or vent.

There are ½ “BSP drains for clean and dirty drainage in the lower housing.
DOE cartridges are secured with a retaining plate and a central rod/bolt.

POLYLINE PP multi-cartridge housings

Polyline multi-cartridge housings are heavy-duty housings made of glass-reinforced polypropylene. The housings and all inserts are moulded in one piece without welds.

The housing accommodates five 30 ” cartridges, with either double open end (DOE) or SOE 222 single open end connections with double O-rings.

The cover screws onto the housing and seals with an FPM O-ring. A vent is fitted as standard.
The housing has an inlet and two outlets, N1 and N2, for inline or loop-pipe connections. The unused outlet can be plugged or used as a drain.

The housing has a self-supporting integral base with a mounting flange. It can be bolted to the floor for extra stability. No additional mounting supports are needed.

POLYCART PP single-cartridge housings

Polycart single-cartridge housings are made of plastic for standard DOE cartridges from 4 7 / 8 ” to 20″.

The housings are available in two models with diameters of 122 and 185mm.

The 122mm K-series model is available in polypropylene or with a polypropylene head and transparent housing.

The 185mm G-series model uses cartridges with a diameter of 114mm.

The head inlet and outlet N1/N2 are inline. Depending on the model, connections range from 3 / 8 ” to 1 ½” BSP threaded; see technical data.

An NBR O-ring seals the head to the housing.

FPM O-rings are available as an option.

TOPCART multi-cartridge housings

Topcart multi-cartridge filters are heavy-duty standard housings for industrial liquid filtration. They are made of stainless steel, stainless steel 316 or special materials such as Hastelloy for 6 to 73 standard cartridges of 9 ¾ ” to 40″ length.

Options include flat or domed covers, clamping screws or eyebolts; loose covers or davits; manual or hydraulic operation; side inlet and central bottom outlet. The cover seals with an NBR O-ring. FPM O-rings are available for all Topcart housings.

Topcart housings accept standard DOE or SOE-222 cartridges, with special versions also suitable for SOE-226 cartridges.

On request, filters can be made with notified-body approval and CE certification according to PED 97/23/EC.

TOPCART single-cartridge housings

Topcart TKF single-cartridge housings are made of high-grade stainless steel 316. The head and housing open and close with a Tryclamp ring. The head is electropolished and the housing mechanically polished.

The 1 “BSP threaded inlet and outlet connections are inline. The head has a ¼ “BSP threaded vent and the housing a 3 / 8” BSP drain.
The housing seals with an NBR O-ring. FMP O-rings are available as an option.

Topcart single filters use 9 ¾ “10”, 20 ” and 30″ cartridges. Housings can be supplied for DOE, SOE-222 and SOE-226 cartridge connections.
